Federal Trade Commission Complying with the Funeral Rule
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has placed specific requirements, and restrictions upon funeral establishments in the Funeral Rule.
The FTC's publication, Complying with the Funeral Rule, advises funeral establishments on the FTC's Rule, and contains the text of the federal law (Funeral Industry Practices Revised Rule - Part 453).
